Gods love sticks. That's a fact. Frankly, though, I grew leery of sticks, particularly the big ones. I saw JD trying his best to impale himself on them. I saw dogs who actually succeeded. So for me, the rule is short sticks. Sorry, JD.
So cute! Sticks are wonderful dog toys, although I do worry about Maya when she runs with one in her mouth. I'm afraid she will run the end into the ground and puncture her throat.
Rocco is so adorable! Gizmo will pick up the biggest stick in the yard...the one loaded with a huge pile of Spanish moss...and drag it everywhere...It's so much fun to watch him play...

ReplyDeleteYes, that's very good advice. We usually play with discs and balls instead, but Rocco loves a good stick too. We'll keep them short!
