    Maggie and Duke love bacon! Regular bacon makes Maggie itchy, so I checked the Freshpet ingredient list and this should be okay with her allergies. Nice!

    In my opinion, smelling bacon is almost as good as eating it. So if I get to smell it while I treat my dogs, well, that's a win-win, because I'll be saving a few calories!

    Coco (also a Havanese) loves meat, meat & more meat and that includes bacon. Coco belonged to my mother who passed away May 2011 and so she came to live with us. My mother cooked for Coco, primarily meat based meals: meatloaf, burgers, pot roast w/potatoes, bacon and rice (yuck), hot dogs and rice (another yuck) so she is very picky which has been difficult but otherwise she is an easy going, well mannered dog. I happen to love bacon but it's turkey or duck breast bacon in this house since my husband doesn't eat pork.

    I(as you could probably tell from the "TheVegan" name) don't eat meat and can't stand the smell of bacon. But of course my dogs all love any kind of meat!
